Renovation Pricing
Hourly Consultation
A walk through of your renovation spaces, with our recommendations on layout, finishes, and design direction. You’ll receive notes from the consult to help guide next steps.
Please note: consultations are advisory and do not include a project-management estimate.
$250 per 1 hour
Selections Support
Hands on guidance choosing materials at local vendors, showrooms, or using recommended sources. Optional add on: a compiled selections summary you can provide directly to your contractor.

Design Direction (E-Design)
- Design Direction Report.
A simple, clear roadmap for the overall look and feel.

- Detailed Mood Board and Links. A more complete visual plan with curated selections and shopping links.

Full Service Support
This begins with an in home walk through so we can understand scope, goals, timeline, and budget. After your consult, you’ll receive a tailored estimate covering design development, sourcing selections, and optional coordination. We can also schedule a contractor walk through for a separate build bid.
Important note: Our design fees are separate from contractor costs. Contractor bids and construction pricing are provided directly by the general contractor.
